Rose R "Tasty Tenant"

Rose has locked herself out of her apartment and she has had to call you out to open up the door, you tell her that the lock will need replacing and it's going to be expensive. Rose doesn't want to pay you any extra and thinks you should pay for it yourself as you are the landlord and you should have a spare key, she decides to instead make a very inappropriate deal with you.
